Questions about this cuvée

What defines Rosé Sparkling?

Grand Cuvée Botanique Rosé Sparkling combines a luminous rosé colour with a fruity, floral character and fine bubbles. Tea and blossom infusions, verjus, quince, yuzu and selected plant extracts create a layered composition with lively acidity and harmoniously integrated sweetness.

Which aromas define Rosé?

Mandarin and orange blossom unfold on the nose, accompanied by delicate citrus blossom and tea notes. Subtle umami nuances add depth. On the palate, Rosé is fresh and balanced, with fruit-forward acidity and a long, harmonious finish.

Where does the rosé colour come from?

The colour is shaped by anthocyanins from red grape skins. They give the cuvée its luminous rosé hue. The precise declaration is provided in the ingredient list on the product page and label.

Which foods pair well with Rosé?

Rosé accompanies light, summery dishes such as citrus and berry salads, grilled vegetables, poultry and fish. Its floral notes and fresh acidity also complement Mediterranean pasta, delicately spiced Asian cuisine and selected fruit-led desserts.

How should I serve Rosé?

Serve Rosé well chilled at 6–8 °C in a Champagne flute, a fine white wine glass or a Champagne coupe for an especially elegant experience. On warm days, the cuvée can also be enjoyed over ice; as the ice melts, its flavour profile becomes a little lighter.

Which ingredients form the basis of Rosé?

Quince, verjus and yuzu give Rosé its fresh fruit foundation. Darjeeling and white tea come together with linden blossom, elderflower and lavender. Extracts of green tea, lemon balm, passionflower and liquorice complete the composition. The full ingredient list is available on the product page and bottle label.

How much sugar and energy does Rosé contain?

Rosé contains just 0.8 g of sugar and 26 kJ / 6 kcal per 100 ml. Its low sugar content combines with subtle, well-integrated sweetness in a Brut style. The full nutrition table is available on the product page and bottle label.

How should I store Rosé?

Store the unopened bottle in a cool place, protected from light. The best-before date is shown on the neck of the bottle. Once opened, we recommend keeping it in the refrigerator and enjoying it within three days.
