Maison Haute Joie
Accessibility
Our commitment to an inclusive digital experience.
Statement dated 24 July 2026
Our approach
Maison Haute Joie aims to make its website and online shop accessible to as many people as possible. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the applicable requirements of the European standard EN 301 549 as our reference for design, content and testing.
Current status
The website is partially conformant. Core navigation, shop content and checkout are being reviewed for keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, meaningful headings, alternative text and responsive use.
Known limitations
- some editorial videos may not yet include captions, transcripts or audio description;
- some older page-builder sections may still require improvements to heading structure, focus order or contrast;
- third-party payment, consent or embedded-service interfaces may have limitations outside our direct control;
- some product or campaign images may still be awaiting complete alternative text.
Measures we take
We use semantic content, keyboard testing, responsive layouts, visible focus states, alternative text and reduced-motion support where possible. New content and custom website components are reviewed as the website develops.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier or need information in another accessible format, email service@maisonhautejoie.com. Please include the page address and a short description. We will investigate and provide an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.
