A. Withdrawal information

1. Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

For deliveries of goods, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

If several goods ordered in a single order are delivered separately, or if a single item is delivered in several lots or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last good, lot or piece.

For digital monetary-value vouchers sent by email as a voucher code or PDF, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

2. Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not compulsory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

The function is also accessible via the corresponding link in the footer of our website.

There, you enter your name, information identifying the contract and your email address for the acknowledgement of receipt. By clicking “Confirm withdrawal”, you submit your withdrawal statement.

If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay, including the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

Use of the online withdrawal function is optional. The other methods of declaring withdrawal described above remain available.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

For deliveries of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

4. Returning the goods

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to the following return address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The warehouse address above is intended for returns of goods. Please send your withdrawal statement to the contact details in section 2 or submit it using our online withdrawal function.

5. Special provisions for monetary-value vouchers and gift cards

The right of withdrawal generally also applies to purchased monetary-value vouchers and gift cards.

Sending a digital voucher by email, downloading it or printing it does not in itself extinguish the right of withdrawal.

In the event of a valid withdrawal from a voucher purchase, the relevant voucher code will be deactivated. Reimbursement will be made in accordance with section 3. Digital vouchers do not need to be printed or returned to us.

Please inform us if the voucher has already been redeemed in whole or in part so that we can identify the relevant orders. Providing this information is not a condition for validly exercising the right of withdrawal. The effects of redemption are governed by the applicable statutory provisions.

Free discount and promotional codes are not purchased monetary-value vouchers. They do not give rise to any entitlement to reimbursement of a voucher purchase price.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Custom-made and personalised goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Personalisation of a gift card does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal in respect of the associated voucher value.

Opened beverage bottles

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods delivered sealed which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.

For our cork-sealed beverage bottles, this means opening the cork closure: once the bottle has been uncorked, the hygienic integrity of its contents can no longer be guaranteed. This also applies if the bottle is subsequently closed again.

Merely opening the shipping carton does not in itself exclude the right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights in respect of defective goods remain unaffected.
