Choosing an alcohol-free aperitif

Look beyond the bubbles. Acidity brings freshness, tea lends structure and botanical infusions create aromatic depth. Grand Cuvée Botanique brings these elements together in two distinct alcohol-free cuvées with 0.0% ABV. Their restrained sweetness suits an aperitif as well as a meal. Blanc et Noir is composed in an Extra Brut style, while Rosé is composed in a Brut style. These terms describe the sensory style of the alcohol-free cuvées.

An accompaniment to food

Match the character of the glass to the dish. Blanc et Noir accompanies fish, seafood, poultry, ceviche and sushi. Rosé lends itself to grilled vegetables, summer salads, poultry and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. A dish’s seasoning and sauce matter as much as its main ingredient: delicate preparations leave more room for the cuvée’s floral nuances.

Blanc et Noir Sparkling and Champagne coupes ready to serve

Preparing a toast or celebration

Serve the cuvées well chilled at 6–8 °C. A Champagne flute, fine white wine glass or Champagne coupe each gives the occasion its own expression. Chill the bottles ahead of time and pour shortly before the toast. For a wedding, reception or dinner, an alcohol-free cuvée can be offered with the same care and sense of occasion as the rest of the drinks selection.
