Every bottle of Maison Haute Joie carries a delicate balance of aroma, texture and freshness. Each detail has been carefully considered to protect the expression of the cuvée and heighten the pleasure of tasting it.

Keep the bottle cool, the glass pristine and the setting beautifully simple. Open it with care. Pour without haste. Then give the cuvée a moment to reveal itself.

Open Quietly. Pour with Intention

Place the bottle upright for a few minutes before opening. This allows the cuvée to settle and prepares it for a precise, controlled service.

Remove the foil and loosen the closure while keeping one hand firmly in place. Hold the bottle at a slight angle and turn the bottle slowly—not the closure. The opening should be quiet and controlled, with a gentle sigh rather than a dramatic pop.

Pour a small amount into the glass first and allow the cuvée to settle. Then complete the pour slowly, filling the glass no more than halfway. This leaves sufficient space for the aromas to gather and unfold.

Always hold the glass by the stem. This preserves the ideal temperature and keeps the bowl beautifully clear.

Maison Haute Joie should be served with composure. Every gesture should protect 
the freshness of the cuvée while creating a sense of anticipation.

Why Temperature Matters

Temperature determines how clearly the aromas, texture and structure of Maison Haute Joie can be perceived.

Serve the cuvée at 6–8°C. Within this range, its freshness remains precise while its aromatic complexity begins to unfold.

When served too cold, delicate aromas remain closed and the texture can appear restrained. When served too warm, the cuvée may lose tension, definition and elegance.

Chill the bottle in the refrigerator for approximately three hours before serving. For a faster preparation, place it in an ice bucket filled with equal parts ice and water for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

Avoid prolonged storage in the freezer. Sudden or excessive cooling can diminish the balance of the cuvée and compromise the experience.

Once poured, allow the temperature to rise naturally in the glass. This gradual evolution reveals deeper aromatic notes and subtle changes in texture.

The ideal temperature does not silence the cuvée. It gives every detail the clarity to be discovered.

The Right Glass Reveals the Cuvée

The shape of the glass influences how Maison Haute Joie expresses its aroma, texture and finish.

​Choose a fine, tulip-shaped glass with a gently rounded bowl and a narrower opening. The bowl provides enough space for the aromatic profile to develop, while the tapered rim concentrates the aromas and preserves freshness.

​A traditional flute may appear elegant, but its narrow shape can restrict the full aromatic expression of the cuvée. A wide coupe allows aromas and freshness to escape too quickly. The tulip glass creates the ideal balance between visual elegance and sensory precision.

The glass should be perfectly clean, dry and free from fragrance. Detergent residue, dust or the scent of a polishing cloth can interfere with the purity of the experience.

The glass is not simply a vessel. It is an essential part of the tasting experience.
