Maison Haute Joie is a premium lifestyle brand inspired by French art de vivre. Our creations bring joy to everyday life and make special moments unforgettable. From refined drinks to thoughtfully designed objects, they share a distinctive aesthetic and a passion for sensory pleasure.
How it began
An appreciation of pleasure. A desire for something more.
The idea took shape through a recurring experience of our founder: at business lunches, daytime celebrations and the beach clubs of southern France, he often missed an alcohol-free drink that felt equal to the occasion.
He imagined a sophisticated accompaniment to food, with a character of its own, fine bubbles and the pleasure of opening a special bottle. This ambition inspired Grand Cuvée Botanique, the first expression of a broader vision for the Maison.
That vision reaches into everyday life: creations we enjoy using, sharing and surrounding ourselves with. A contemporary interpretation of luxury, filled with warmth and joie de vivre.

Our French name reflects our founder’s personal connection with France.
This art de vivre inspires the language, aesthetic and outlook of the Maison. Our cuvées are made in Austria.

Grand Cuvée Botanique · The composition
Every ingredient has a voice.
Grand Cuvée Botanique comprises our alcohol-free, delicately sparkling cuvées made from teas, flowers, fruit juices and botanicals. They bring aromatic depth to the festive gesture of raising a glass, from the aperitif to a special meal.
From Japanese yuzu to Austrian verjus and French lavender, ingredients from eight countries come together in Grand Cuvée Botanique. Each brings its own aromatic character to the composition.

Precision you can taste.
Fruit, acidity and fine tannins shape the character of every cuvée. Our own infusion process lays the foundation for their interplay.
01 / EXTRACTION
Tailored to each ingredient.
We use whole flowers and whole tea leaves of the highest quality. Hot infusion draws out their character, with temperature, extraction time and cooling tailored to the ingredients. This allows us to shape the contribution of their aromas and bitter notes to the composition.
02 / COMPOSITION
Refined in harmony.
Infusions, juices and botanical extracts are blended according to our recipes. Tastings guide development until aromatic depth, restrained sweetness and acidity find their balance.
03 / QUALITY
Assessed with care.
Laboratory analyses, microbiological testing and sensory assessment accompany the refinement of our recipes. They complement the trained judgement of the people who develop our cuvées.
Made in Austria.
We work with selected specialist production partners in Austria. They craft our cuvées to the Maison’s recipes, processes and quality specifications, combining our development expertise with their experience and skilled handling of delicate ingredients.
