Maison Haute Joie and our Sparkling Botanicals
What is Maison Haute Joie?
Maison Haute Joie is an internationally minded luxury brand dedicated to a contemporary culture of enjoyment and celebration. Selected teas, blossoms, fruit juices and botanicals form the foundation of our alcohol-free, finely sparkling cuvées. Aromatic depth, a considered serving ritual and expressive presentation turn each occasion into a special moment, from an aperitif to a celebratory dinner.
What are Sparkling Botanicals?
Sparkling Botanicals is our name for finely sparkling compositions of teas, blossoms and other plant-based ingredients. Fruit, acidity, delicate tannins and fine bubbles come together to give each cuvée its distinctive character. At Maison Haute Joie, the focus is on a richly layered tasting experience.
What does Grand Cuvée Botanique mean?
Grand Cuvée Botanique is the flagship collection of Maison Haute Joie and embodies the Maison’s philosophy in its purest form. It defines a new category of luxurious alcohol-free drinks, bringing craftsmanship, exceptional sensory depth and a contemporary culture of enjoyment together in an experience of its own. The collection comprises Blanc et Noir Sparkling and Rosé Sparkling.
Are the cuvées alcohol-free?
Yes. Blanc et Noir Sparkling and Rosé Sparkling are alcohol-free, with 0.0% alcohol by volume.
Are the cuvées Champagne or sparkling wine?
Our cuvées are alcohol-free drinks based on tea and blossom infusions, fruit juices and plant extracts. Their balance, fine bubbles and serving ritual draw inspiration from the world of fine sparkling wines, while their botanical composition gives them an identity of their own.
How do they relate to Sparkling Tea?
Selected teas shape the structure and aromatic depth of our cuvées. Yet the composition extends beyond tea: blossoms, verjus, fruit juices and other botanicals contribute to the flavour profile. This is why we use the name Sparkling Botanicals for Maison Haute Joie.
Where is Maison Haute Joie based?
Maison Haute Joie GmbH is based in Vienna, Austria. Our public company and contact details are available in the Legal Notice. We welcome your enquiries about the brand or a potential collaboration.
What does The Art of Élévation mean?
The Art of Élévation expresses the philosophy of Maison Haute Joie: appreciating the moment and creating a special setting for enjoyment. A thoughtfully chosen glass, a finely composed cuvée and time spent together transform an aperitif into a ritual. Élévation reflects this commitment to atmosphere, aesthetics and pleasure.

How do Blanc et Noir and Rosé differ?
Blanc et Noir reveals a fresh, floral profile with notes of mandarin, quince and delicate tea. Subtle tannins lend structure to its long finish. Rosé is more fruit-forward, with mandarin, orange blossom and lively acidity. Its slightly more pronounced sweetness is harmoniously integrated into the composition. Both cuvées have fine bubbles and are equally suited to an aperitif or food pairing.
Which cuvée will suit my taste?
If you prefer a finely structured profile with restrained sweetness and floral nuances, we recommend Blanc et Noir. If you enjoy a fruitier expression with softly integrated sweetness and fresh acidity, Rosé is a lovely choice. Tasting them side by side is an ideal way to discover both styles.
Are the cuvées sweet?
Both cuvées are composed around a balanced interplay of fruit, acidity and subtle sweetness. Blanc et Noir contains just 0.6 g of sugar per 100 ml, and Rosé 0.8 g. Their delicate, well-integrated sweetness reflects an Extra Brut style for Blanc et Noir and a Brut style for Rosé. Perceived sweetness also depends on acidity, temperature and aromatics.
Which bottle sizes are available?
Both cuvées are offered in a 740 ml bottle. The 1.5-litre Magnum format will soon be available in the online boutique. Please see the individual cuvée page for the formats currently available to order.
Can I order a single bottle or several bottles?
On the product pages, you can choose a single bottle or the available case of six 740 ml bottles. The available options and corresponding price are displayed before you add the product to your basket.
Which occasions are the cuvées suited to?
Our cuvées accompany an aperitif as beautifully as a carefully composed menu. They suit an intimate dinner, a festive reception or a wedding. Maison Haute Joie also lends a special touch to brunch, a business lunch or a hotel welcome drink. Your choice of cuvée will depend on your taste and the dishes being served.

If you need to avoid a particular ingredient or have a specific dietary question, please contact service@maisonhautejoie.com before ordering.
What is verjus, and what role does it play in the cuvées?
Verjus is the juice of grapes harvested before they are ripe. In our cuvées, it forms part of the fruit and acidity composition, contributing to their precise freshness. Together with quince, yuzu, and tea and blossom infusions, it creates a balanced flavour profile.
Do the cuvées contain caffeine?
The recipes contain tea and green tea extract, which contain naturally occurring caffeine. If you wish to avoid caffeine or limit your intake, please contact us before purchasing at service@maisonhautejoie.com. We will be happy to help with your product enquiry.
