You receive your value gift certificate exclusively by email with an individual redemption code and a printable PDF. It is freely transferable (a bearer instrument) and can only be redeemed in our online shop at maisonhautejoie.com for our entire range of goods and services.
The redemption period is three years from the issue date shown on the gift certificate. Enter the code before completing your order; it cannot be applied retrospectively.
You can use the balance across several orders. Any remaining balance stays on the gift certificate and can be used within the three-year redemption period. If the balance is insufficient, you can pay the difference using one of the other available payment methods.
Unused credit does not lapse immediately after the three-year redemption period. Until seven years have elapsed from the original issue date, you can request a free extension or exchange for a new gift certificate for the remaining balance. Please contact service@maisonhautejoie.com. After these seven years, the right to redemption expires.
No cash payout is available. The balance does not earn interest.
